CBS4 reporter Lisa Petrillo will serve as the emcee of the sixth annual Celebration of Women’s Athletics, an annual event honoring current Miami female student-athletes from each of UM’s nine women’s programs for excellence on the playing field, as well as in the classroom and community. UM SPORTS HALL OF FAME GIVES BACK TO MIAMI’S STUDENT-ATHLETES
The UMSHoF presented a check for $14,500 to the Hurricane Club Student-Athlete Impact Fund to help with scholarships for future UMSHoF members! UMSHoF President Richard Horton and Golf Chairperson Tracy Kerdyk presented the check to Associate AD for Development Chris Cohen at a men’s basketball game earlier this year.
TOMMY ADAMS DONATES $1 MILLION TO BASEBALL CAMPAIGN
Miami baseball alumnus Tommy Adams has made the largest gift in support of the baseball program by a former UM baseball student-athlete, donating $1 million towards the University of Miami’s Baseball Facility Enhancement Campaign. Click HERE to read more.

Miami Athletics officially dedicated the Boich Family Scoreboard at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center Saturday afternoon with a ceremony honoring former UM men’s tennis student-athlete and philanthropist Wayne M.
