10th Annual Fantasy Camp in the Books
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Head women’s basketball coach Katie Meier and the Miami Hurricanes hosted 135 local fans for the 12th annual Fantasy Camp on Monday night at the Watsco Center.

“We are the most supported women’s basketball team in the country,” Head Coach Katie Meier said. “This is truly my favorite night of the year and I really appreciate everyone being here.”

The night kicked off with an introduction of the 2019-20 women’s basketball team and the learning of the “camp clap.” Over the course of the event, fans participated in a variety of stations from ball-handling and rebounding to layups and women’s basketball trivia.

The Hurricanes are set for the 2019-20 season and will host Nova Southeastern for an exhibition game on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m.
