Miami will face Valparaiso in the First Round of the NIT on March 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the BankUnited Center.
The Series
Miami is 0-1 against Valpo overall, with the only meeting on Dec. 28, 1956, when Valparaiso won 81-76.
