Canes Open 2011 Season at FGCU Invitational

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami men’s and women’s cross country teams are ready to kick off the 2011 season at the FGCU Invitational. The Canes will head to Fort Myers, Fla. to compete in the event on Friday.
The race will be a 5K course for the women, while the men’s course will be four miles long.
The men will be led by a strong group of returning sophomores including hurricanesport.com and University of Miami Track and Field/Cross Country on facebook to get all the up-to-date news and information on the track and field and cross country teams.
