Hurricanes Hold Second Annual Miami Men's BasketBowl

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Join sixth-year head coach Frank Haith and the Hurricanes men’s basketball team at the second annual University of Miami Men’s BasketBowl at Splitsville on Tues., Nov. 10, from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the team and coaching staff and participate in an auction for exciting prizes, including game experience packages.
Tickets for guests are $75, while tickets for children 12 and under are $50. Admission includes food, beverage and a UM gift.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Miami men’s basketball program.
The Hurricanes – who play in an exhibition contest at home versus Florida Southern on Mon., Nov. 9, at 7:30 p.m., before opening the regular season versus North Carolina Central on Sat., Nov. 14, at 4 p.m. – finished 19-13 last season and made their fourth postseason appearance in the last five years. Three starters return for Miami, including senior forward Dwayne Collins, while the Hurricanes also welcome one of the top recruiting classes in the nation.
