Coral Gables, FLA (www.hurricanesports.com) – Senior guard Maurita Reid, who scored 21 points, pulled down five rebounds and dished off six assists in the Hurricanes 90-57 victory over Central Arkansas December 30, has been named the Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week for the period December 24-31. On the year, Reid leads UM in scoring (14.8 ppg) and rebounding (5.8 rpg). |
