Ross Places Third In CAMO's Three-Meter Event

MONTREAL, Canada – Sophomore diver Reuben Ross placed third in the three-meter diving event with a score of 451.50 at the 2007 CAMO Invitational, one of the most prestigious diving events in the world, at the Complexe sportif Claude-Robillard in Quebec.
In finishing third in the three-meter event, Ross finished behind Alexandre Despatie and Eric Sehn who placed first and second respectively, and just ahead of Jorge Betancourt who finished in fourth.
In the three-meter preliminary round, Ross scored a 447.80, placing behind only Despatie, who finished with a mark of 467.50.
Ross comes into the CAMO event after a successful trip to Columbus, Ohio this past weekend in which he set a McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion with a score of 431.85 in the finals of the three-meter event of the Third Annual Ohio State Invitational.
Competition at the 2007 CAMO Invitational will conclude Sunday, Dec. 9 in Montreal.
