UM Hosts Ryder Championship This Weekend

CORAL GABLES, Fla. –
For the 23rd consecutive year in the 37-year history of the tournament the <?xml:namespace prefix=”st1″ ns=”urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags”?>University of Miami will host the 37th Annual Ryder/Florida Women’s Collegiate Golf Championships this weekend at Don Shula’s Golf Club and Resort is Miami Lakes, Fla.

Action at this year’s tournament opens on Friday, March 30th at 8 a.m. and continues Saturday at 12:30 p.m. The final round begins Sunday April 1st at 8 a.m. All rounds are slated to begin with a shotgun start.
This exciting event features several of the top collegiate golf programs in Florida as 12 schools from the SunshineState come together for three rounds to determine the state champion. This year’s pool includes five nationally and seven regionally ranked teams.
