Hurricanes Finish Damp Second Day at Duke Invite

Durham, N.C. (hurricanesports.com) – The Univeristy of Miami men’s track and field team competed in the Duke Invitational today. Sophomore all-American Tim Harris (Miami, Fla.) finished fourth in the 800 meters, running 1:48.84, a NCAA East Regional Qualifying mark. The time is his fastest of the season.
In the high jump, freshman Elan Daviglus (Miami, Fla.) finished third in the high jump, with a mark of 1.98m (6-06.00).
Roland DaSilva (Margate, Fla.) jumped 6.81m (22-04.25) for his best mark in that event of the season. He finished 11th in the event.
The Hurricanes compete again on Saturday April 15, at the Miami Elite Invitational, held at Cobb Stadium in Coral Gables, Fla.
