Miller Named Golf World Player of the Week

Coral Gables, Fla. (hurricanesports.com) – University of Miami senior Tina Miller (Miami Archbishop Curley Notre Dame) has been named Golf World’s College Player of the Week.
Miller recorded her second victory of the season, and the six win over career, last week at the Waterlefe/USF Invitational in Bradenton, Fla. Miller posted a final round 68 for a three-round total of 212 (-4), and a two-stroke victory.
Miller has recorded four top-5 finishes in seven events this season and leads the team with a 73.9 stroke average. She has been Miami’s top finisher in five tournaments this season.
Miller and the Hurricanes Women’s Golf Team return to action, April 1-3, when they host the Ryder Florida Women’s Collegiate Golf Championship at Don Shula’s Hotel and Golf Club in Miami Lakes, Fla.
