Hurricanes Seeded Second in ACC Championships

Coral Gables, Fla. – The University of Miami volleyball team is seeded second in their inaugural trip to the Atlantic Coast Conference Championships that will be held in Memorial Gym on the campus of the University of Virginia from November 18 through the 21st. The Hurricanes will get a first round bye to the quarterfinal round and will play on Friday, November 19 at 5:00 pm.

The Hurricanes will face the winner of the Wake Forest/Maryland match that will take place Thursday, November 18, at 5:00 pm.

The Hurricanes wrapped up the regular season with four-straight victories over Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and NC State to improve their record to 16-8 overall and 11-5 in the ACC.
