Miller Second At Pat Bradley Invitational

Miami, Fla. (hurricanesports.com) – University of Miami senior Tina Miller (Miami Archbishop Curley Notre Dame) fired an opening round 73 and is in second-place at the 27th FIU/Pat Bradley Invitational at Doral Golf Resort in Miami, Fla.

Miller, who has four career tournament victories to her credit, struggled on the opening nine holes of the famed Blue Monster posting a three-over par 39. But the senior caught fire on the back nine recording a two-under 34 to pull within two-stokes of the lead.

Princeton’s Avery Kiser recorded a one-under-par 71 on Friday to take the first round lead.

Second-round action begins Saturday at 1 p.m. The final round is scheduled for Sunday at 7:45 a.m.
