Men's 4x100-Meter Takes Fifth At Penn Relays

Philadelphia, Pa. (hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami men’s 4×100-meter relay finished fifth in the College Men’s Final at the 2004 Penn Relays being held at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa.

The team of freshman Devin Hester (Riviera Beach, Fla.), sophomore Darnell Jenkins (Miami Central), sophomore Travarous Bain (Miami Northwestern) and sophomore Akieem Jolla (New Orleans, La.) posted a season-best time of 40.57 seconds.

The Hurricanes return to action May 1-2 at the BIG EAST Championships in Piscataway, N.J.
