Letter To Hurricane Club Members

March 27, 2003

Dear Hurricane Club member,

It was recently brought to my attention by our ticket office staff that you are one of our valued Hurricane Club members who had season football tickets last year, but have yet to put a deposit down or renew them this year. I wanted to take this opportunity to write to you in case this has been an oversight on your part to see if I could help in any way. Our deadline for renewing season tickets was on March 21, and we will soon be opening up the sale of those seats that weren’t renewed.

We certainly want to retain you as a season ticket holder, and know that you will have an unbelievable experience in the Orange Bowl this year as we have the Florida Gators and Tennessee Volunteers coming to our house! It promises to be another rockin’ year. Last year we averaged almost 69,000 fans per home game at the Orange Bowl, and we hope that you will help us break that attendance record this year.

If this was an oversight and you would like to retain the seats you had last year or possibly upgrade, please either visit us on line at www.hurricanesports.com , or call us at 1-800-Go Canes. If you have your renewal form, you can simply fill it out and fax it to us at 305-284-3838. You will need to pay 50% of the total cost at this time with the remainder due by May 15, 2003.

If anyone on our staff can assist you in any way, please don’t hesitate to call our office at 305-284-6699. We certainly appreciate your support of Hurricane Athletics and we look forward to seeing you in the Orange Bowl!

Sincerely,

J. Brian Cockerham
