: Paul Yurtinus: Brooksville, Florida : Good luck team……..will be watching you with great interest. As the Tampa papers and TV don’t give Miami much coverage, we depend on the web for all the information.
Go team and blow Ohio State away.
JOHN MIHALIK : MONESSEN, PA: GO CANES!BACK TO BACK TITLES! MAKE ME PROUD. HAVE BEEN A MIAMI FAN FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS. NOT EASY LIVING IN PITTSBURGH AND HAVING EVERYONE ROOTING AGAINST US!
johnny miami : ocean gate new jersey: listen, you guys are all top notch players, and i wanna let ya all know that your fan base in jersey is rootin for ya. show no mercy and take no prisoners, let ohio state know what it’s like to play a real team and send all those no good pollsters a message. even though they have an obvious problem understanding the miami greatness. and to you Dorsey the greatest Quarterback to ever wear the orange and green….@#&*$ those no good bias up tight golf swingin gotta be in bed by ten watchin the last game of the year judging football wanna bees.
DOMINATE….your friend, johnny miami
Carolyn Denard, Decatur,Georgia: Conratulations to the Miami Hurricanes–the best team in college football.
Congratulations to Ken Dorsey who, without, any doubt should have won the Heisman 3 times over. The voters must be crazy are stupid. 37 games over 2 big games–its a travesty that Dorsey did not win. In my mind he’s the true Heisman winner
Congratulations William McGahee on a spectacular season! To be in the top five your first starting season–that’s incredible and all credit goes to you, your coach, and your Mom.
I am proud of the Miami football program and I wish you all good health, good fun, good behavior, and a good win at the Fiesta Bowl! Go Canes!!!!!

Angel Chavarria : Miami, Florida: News release from ACh:12/14/02
Upon the conclusion of the Heisman Trophy Award Show on Saturday Night, the Director of the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida issued a brief statement. The statement read, “Upon the outcome of the Heisman Voting on Saturday Night at the Heisman Award Banquet, the conditions are right for the forming of two hurricanes, the storm names are Kenny and Willis. Eventhough it is too early to predict their path and intensity, most of our computer models show they will both hit Tempe, Arizona on January 3 at approximately 8:00 PM (ET) with tremendous force and cause a great deal of damage.”
Thank you seniors for the memories, decication and for choosing to be CANES.
Go Canes…Make it 6 in 20.
