Hurricanes named to Florida International Fall Volleyball Classic all-tournament team

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – – Three UM volleyball players were selected to the all-tournament team from the Florida International Fall Volleyball Classic Monday.

The honorees included senior outside hitter Marcela Gamarra (Medellin, Colombia/Miami-Dade CC), sophomore libero player Jamie Grass (Manhattan Beach, Calif./Mira Costa HS), and sophomore outside hitter Valeria Tipiana.

Tipiana was also selected as the Tournament MVP Saturday night.
