Hurricane Golfers Finish Second at UCF Invitational

ORLANDO, FL (www.hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami women’s golf team fired a final round of 316 and finished in second place at the University of Central Florida Invitational completed on Monday at Stoneybrook Country Club.
This is the Hurricanes best finish on the year.
UCF (296-304–600) finished in first place, followed by Miami (303-316–619) and Rollins College (307-317–624) placing third.
Miami had two golfers finish in the top-12 individually. Freshman Camilla Hilland (74-77–151) finished tied for seventh and freshman Jazmin Cataldo (76-78–154) finished tied for twelfth.
Tanja Arnold of UCF (72-75–147) won a playoff versus Olivia Hartley of UCF (72-75–147) to win the individual competition.
Miami’s women’s golf team will be in action next at the Waterlife Invitational in Sarasota, Florida on March 18.
