UM Golfers In Second At UCF Invitational

Orlando, FL – The University of Miami women’s golf team fired an opening round 303 and is in second-place at the UCF Invitational being held at the Stoneybrook Country Club in Orlando, FL.
Miami trails host Central Florida (296) by seven stokes. Rollins College (307) is in third followed by Florida Southern (309).
The Hurricanes were led by Camilla Hilland who is in a tie for third after recording a first round total of 74. Hilland trails UCF’s Olivia Hartley (34-38–72) and Tanja Arnold (35-37–72) by two strokes.
Miami has three golfers in the top-10 individually. Dominique Gagnon (37-38–75) is tied for seventh while Jazmin Cataldo (39-37–76) is tied for ninth.
The tournament concludes on Tuesday, February 13.
