BOCA RATON, Fla. – The University of Miami men’s swimming and divingteam (0-3) lost to interstate rival Florida Atlantic 184-80, on Saturdayat Florida Atlantic.

Miami’s swimmers were led by junior Daniel Asencio, who placedfirst in the 100-yard backstroke (:53.07), third in the 100-yard butterfly(:53.40), and third in the 200-yard butterfly (2:01.07). All-American’s Imre Lengyel and Tyce Routson led the divers. Lengyelfinished first in both the 1- and 3-meter diving events, with scores of342.30 and 347.55, while Routson finished second in both events, withscores of 320.45 and 264.85.

The University of Miami men’s swimming and diving team nextsprings into action Saturday, November 13 against the University of Tampaat the Whitten Student Pool on the University of Miami campus.
