2020 Football Season Ticket Update

University of Miami Athletics, following guidance from institutional leadership, Hard Rock Stadium, public health officials and the Atlantic Coast Conference, has announced that home football games at Hard Rock Stadium will be limited to 13,000 attendees. This permits fans to attend in an environment allowing for appropriate social distancing within the seating bowl. 

Safety Protocols

A series of safety protocols will be put in place for fans and more information can be found here. Seat blocks ranging from 2 – 6 tickets have been created in the seating bowl to create a socially distanced fan experience.

Individual Game On-Sale

Each season ticket holder will have the option to purchase up to 3 home games of their choice with the same quantity of seats they currently own based on available inventory. If fans are not interested or able to attend games in-person, their accounts will be credited for the 2021 football season with the funds paid-to-date. A refund is also available if requested.

No Action Needed for 2021

Season ticket holders will have their ticket locations and parking passes automatically reserved for the 2021 football season. All payments made to date will remain on their account as a credit towards next season.  No action is needed at this time to secure your seats for next season. 

Per Game Ticket Limit

Each account will have a per game ticket limit based on the number of season tickets they have. Example: A season ticket holder with 4 seats will be able to purchase up to 4 tickets per game (up to 3 games). Seat blocks must be purchased in their entirety by one account. Ticket holders are required to sit in their reserved seats and may not interact with fans located in other seating areas in the stadium.

On-Sale Details

Each season ticket holder will be given an assigned day and time to purchase based on their tenure (consecutive years of renewal) and seat location. An email will be sent in advance of the on-sale detailing each account’s assigned day/time, number of tickets that can be purchased and how much credit is on their account from previous payments made.

2020 Payments Can Be Applied

Payments already made towards the 2020 season can be applied to the purchase of individual game tickets and parking passes. A credit card will be needed to enter during the checkout process, but will not be processed unless the balance on the account does not cover the cost of the individual tickets and parking being purchased.

Mobile Ticketing

All tickets and parking passes will be delivered electronically and must be scanned in on a mobile device at the stadium. Click here to learn more about mobile tickets.

All donations to the Canes United – COVID-19 Relief Initiative from August 24th through November 30th, will increase your priority for away game tickets, including Alabama, in 2021. Season ticket holders may apply some or all of their 2020 season ticket payments towards a tax-deductible donation or make a new gift towards Canes United.
