Paige Needham joined the University of Miami Athletic Department in March of 2022 as the Assistant Director of Compliance.
Prior to Miami, Needham served as the Compliance Assistant at Georgia Tech. She began her compliance career as an undergraduate intern at Auburn University.
Before starting her career in intercollegiate athletics, Needham worked at Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank.
A native of Ellicott City, Maryland, Needham graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University in 2017. She earned her Master of Science in Sport Management from Florida in 2021.
