Greg Caruana joined the Client Experience staff as a Specialist in July 2019. He will help implement the department’s vision of instituting world-class customer service standards for all Hurricanes season ticket holders while assisting in facilitating the premier game day experience at all home football, baseball, men’s basketball and women’s basketball games.
Greg is in his third year at the University of Miami’s athletic department where he previously held the role of Assistant Director of Equipment Operations.
Greg graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL where he worked in the athletic department as a student until graduation in 2013. He served full-time in the athletic department equipment room until arriving in Coral Gables in 2017. Greg is also pursuing his master’s degree in Sports Administration at the University of Miami.
