Brian Susskind serves as a Senior Account Manager of Membership Service. In his role, Susskind implements world-class customer service standards for all Hurricane season ticket holders and facilitates gameday experience for all home football, baseball, and men’s and women’s basketball games.
Susskind joined the University of Miami Athletics Department as a Client Experience Specialist in August of 2023.
Prior to joining UM, Susskind worked as an Account Executive with Taymar Sales U. at the University of Connecticut.
The South Florida native attended Florida State University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in criminology before going on to attain an MBA in sport management from Florida Atlantic University.
