ACC Outdoor Champions 4×400 Relay – Silver Medalist

2021 Outdoor: Posted the fastest collegiate time in the men’s 200m dash at the Hurricane Invitational with a time of 21.65 seconds and helped the men’s 4×400 relay finish first with a time of 3:09.51… Helped the men’s 4×400 relay win the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational with a time of 3:13.66… Finished 10th in the 400m at the Florida Relays with a time of 47.06 seconds, which ranked as the fifth-fastest time in program history… Improved his top-five mark in program history in the 400m to 46.58 after winning the Hurricane Alumni Invitational 400m… Ran the 200m in 21.78 seconds at Tom Jones Memorial… Finished sixth at the UNF Invite in the 400m with a time of 46.67 seconds… Competed in the 400m at the ACC Outdoor Championships and ran a time of 47.11 and helped Miami’s 4×400 relay team earn the silver medal with a time of 3:06.94… Improved his No. 5 time in program history again with a time of 46.49 seconds in the 400m prelims at the NCAA East Prelims and finished 19th overall running 47.06.

2021 Indoor: Broke the 12-year Miami program record in the 600-yard run with a time of 1:10.13 in his collegiate debut and helped the 4×400 relay team to a second-place finish with a time of 3:14.84… Finished in the top 10 in the men’s 400m dash at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a sixth-place finish with a time of 47.66… Helped the men’s 4×400 relay break a 25-year program record with a time of 3:08.63 and ran the 400m in 47.96 at the Tiger Paw Invite.

Personal: Was the 2019 Nike Chandler Rotary Invitational 400m Champion with a time of 47.27 and finished second in the 200m with his time of 21.61 seconds… Finished third at the 2019 Arcadia Invitational and third at the 2019 CIF State Track and Field 400m Championships with a time of 47.10… Placed second in the 2019 Brooks PR Invitational in the 400m dash and was the 2018 Mt. Sac Invitational 400m champion… Holds the high school record in both the 200m and 400m…Son of Christopher and Danielle Strader and has three siblings.
