2023 Outdoor: Started his junior outdoor season placing first at the Hurricane Invitational with 3:50.35 in the men’s 1500m…placed third at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational as part of the 4×400 relay team with 3:22.61…earned first with the 4×400 relay at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational with 3:13.98…at East Coast Relays in Jacksonville, Bambals placed sixth with a collegiate-best 3:47.60 in the men’s 1500m, a time that puts him at second in program history for the men’s outdoor 1500m.

2023 Indoor: Finished second in the 800m with 1:51.18 at the Louisville Cardinal Classic to start his indoor season campaign…placed third at the Texas Tech Red Raider open in the 800m with 1:49.37…scored for the Hurricanes at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships with 1:47.79 in the 800m final, a time that has placed Bambals second in school history in the men’s indoor 800m.

2022 Outdoor: Started his 2022 outdoor season strong at the Miami Hurricanes Invitational; placing first in the 1500m with 3:54.71 and taking home second with the rest of the men’s 400m relay team with 3:12.99…earned bronze at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational in the 800m with 1:51.84…continued strong performance in Coral Gables at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational — placing fourth in the 800m with 1:50.85 and first with the men’s 4×400 relay team with 3:16.77…at ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Bambals scored for the men’s team in the 800m, placing 4th with 1:47.91.

2022 Indoor: Placed second at the Carolina Challenge in the 800m with 1:51.92 to start the 2022 indoor season…placed seventh at the Tiger Paw Invite in the 800m with 1:49.44…finished his sophomore indoor season placing 13th at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m with a final time of 1:50.42.

2021 Outdoor: Debuted on his new home track at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 4:00.44… Went on to run the 800m in 1:51.08 at the Florida Relays… Improved his 800m time to 1:50.52 at the final home meet of the season… Cracked Miami’s top 5 in the men’s 800m with his personal-best time of 1:48.92 to boast Miami’s third-fastest time in program history at Tom Jones… Competed in the 400m at the UNF Invitational… Finished seventh in the men’s 800m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with his time of 1:50.39…. Competed at the NCAA East Prelims and ran a time of 1:52.34 in the 800m prelims to conclude his freshman season.

ACC Indoor Championships Bronze Medalist – 800m 

2021 Indoor: Made a strong collegiate debut finishing with the all-time second fastest 600 yard time in program history behind Strader with his time of 1:10.71 and helped the 4×400 relay finish second with a time of 3:14.84…Finished second, but with the collegiate best time in the 800m run at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a time of 1:51.03, which ranked as the 21st-fastest time in the NCAA and third-fastest in Miami history. He also ran the 400m in 49.51 …Ran a collegiate-best time in the 400m at 48.94 seconds, finished the 800m in 1:50.81 and helped Miami’s 4×400 relay break a 25-year record with a time of 3:08.63 at the Tiger Paw Invite… In his first conference meet, Bambals made the podium with a third-place finish in the 800m and a time of 1:49.29. to end his season.
