2020 Cross Country: 

2020 Outdoor: Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Competed in her first indoor mile at the Wolverine Invitational, finishing with a time of 5:13.10… Ran a personal best time in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational with her time of 5:11.85… Shed nearly 27 seconds off her previous personal best time in the 3000m with a time of 10:37.79 at the Texas Tech Invitational… Ran the mile in 5:12.86 and took nearly 27 seconds off her 3000m time at 10:09.98, which ranks fifth in Miami history at the Tiger Paw Invitational… Recorded a personal best time in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships with her time of 18:04.51 and competed in the women’s 3000m.

2019 Cross Country: Finished 13th in the Women’s 5k run at the FAU Invitational with a time of 19:48.72…Completed the Women’s 6k in 23:45.2 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational

2019 Outdoor: Finished ninth in her opening outdoor meet of the season in the 5000m run at the Hurricane Invitational with a time of 19:10.08 seconds… Won the women’s 5000m run at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational with a time of 18:49.97.

2018 Cross Country: Represented the Canes at the UCF Invitational and posted a time of 21:08… Competed in the Mountain Dew Invitational with a personal best time of 20:01.81… Posted a 20:20.31 time at the USF Invitational 5K…Competed at the ACC Championships in the first 6K event for the Canes in 2018 with a time of 24:03.4…Closed her sophomore campaign at the NCAA Regional 6K with a time of 24:03.3.

2017 Cross Country: Competed at the FAU Invitational women’s 5000m…Represented the Canes at the Mountain Dew Invitational…Competed at the Greater Louisville Classic…Placed in the top 20 of the USF Invitational running at time of 19:22.2…Competed at the ACC Championships…Represented the Canes at the NCAA South Regional.

Personal: Daughter of Cathryn and Pierre Langlois… Brother, Jack, attends Montana State University… Was named to the Academic Honor Roll and All-Academic Conference all four years in high school and was named Illinois State Scholar in 2017… Earned All-Conference honors all four years in high school in both cross country and track and field… Named to the All-Regional team in 2016 and All-Sectional team in 2015-17… Sectional Champion in the 800m in 2017 and 4×800 Conference Champion in 2017…
