2019 Indoor: Competed in the men’s 1000m at the UAB Blazer Invite and finished with a time of 2:34.24… Ran the men’s one mile and finished 11th with a time of 4:33.56 at the UAB Vulcan Invite… Finished fifth in the 600m run with a time of 1:27.74 and competed in the men’s one mile… Ran a season best time of 4:24.12 in the men’s mile at the Tiger Paw Invite… Ran a 4:26.15 in the one mile and a 9:17.99 in the 3000 at the ACC Indoor Championships. 

2018 Outdoor: Started the season at the Power 5 Trailblazer competing in the 1500m and the 3000m running times of 4:08.65 and 9:20.48, respectively… Finished eighth in the men’s 5000m at the Hurricane Alumni Meet… Ran at the Hurricane Collegiate in the 1500m… Posted a season-best time of 4:03..22 in the 1500m at the National Relay Championship… Closed out the season at the ACC Championships, running a time of 4:06.03 in the 1500m. 

2018 Cross Country: Competed at the FAU Invitational with a time of 16:10.85… Finished second in the men’s 8K at the UCF Knight Invitational with a time of 28:27.1… Competed in Mountain Dew Invitational with a time of 26:49.46… Ran at the USF Invitational and registered a time of 29:21.85 in the 8K… Closed out the season at the ACC Championship and recorded a time of 27:23.0 in the 8K.
