2008: Ran a season-best time of 2:10.40 in 800-meters in the preliminary heat of the ACC Championships… Won the 800-meters at the Hurricane Challenge with a time of 2:11.21… Finished fourth in her only attempt in the 1,500-meters at the Hurricane Invitational with a career-best time of 4:51.16… Was a member of the 4×400-meter relay that finished second at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a regional qualifying time of 3:34.76…During the indoor season ran a season-best time of 2:09.90 in the 800-meters at the Tom Jones Memorial in Gainesville, Fla… Won the 800-meters at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark. with a time of 2:10.39… Placed eighth in the 800-meters at the ACC Indoor Championships (2:17.62)… Was a member of the 4×400-meter relay team that finished second at the ACC Indoor Championships… Member of the distance medley relay team that placed third at the Illinois Women’s Invite with a time of 12:32.03.

2006: Earned All-America honors as a member of the 4×400-meter relay… Ran the third leg of the Hurricane relay that placed second at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:28.43… Ran the third leg of the NCAA East Regional Champion 4×400-meter relay… Placed 17th at the NCAA East Regional in the 800-meters (2:10.50)… Earned All-ACC in the 800-meters finishing third (2:08.68) at the ACC Outdoor Championships… Ran the 800-meter leg of the Sprint Medley Relay that finished second at Penn Relays with a school-record time of 3:46.34… Ran the opening leg of the school-record setting Distance Medley Relay (11:46.22)… Recorded the team’s top 800-meter time during the indoor season (2:11.30).

HIGH SCHOOL: Georgia State 4A 800-meter champion in 2003, 2004 and 2005… Winning 800-meter time of 2:08.64 in 2005 was the fastest ever by high school runner in the state of Georgia… Time ranked as the eighth fastest in the nation among high school athletes in 2005… Is also the Georgia State high school record holder in the 1600-meters (4:59.03)… Three-time Georgia state champion in the 1600-meters winning the event in 2002, 2003 and 2004… Three-time recipient of the Atlanta All-Metro Track and Field Award… Four-time team MVP… Four-time first-team All-Metro selection in the 800-meters… School-record holder in the 800-meters, 1600-meters, 4×400-meter relay, 4×800-meter relay and 4×1,600-meter relay… Placed third at the 2004 GHSA State Cross Country meet… Member of the school’s cross country team that won state titles each of the last four seasons… Coached by Kevin Lisle.
