2010 Outdoor: Earned All-America honors for her seventh place performance in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Championships (58.33)… Her season-best time in the 400m hurdles came at theNCAA semifinals at 57.58 seconds… Placed fifth at the ACC Championships with a time of 59.29 seconds in the 400m hurdles… Her season-best effort in the 100m hurdles came at the ACC Championships where she placed seventh in 13.28 seconds… Her lone attempt in the 200m dash came at the Hurricane Invitational where she finished in 24.51 seconds… Ran the opening leg of the winning 4×100 relay team at the Hurricane Invitational in 44.62 seconds… Ran the second leg of the 4×400 relay team that ran a team season-best time of 3:34.33 at the NCAA quarterfinals…. A member of the 4×400 relay team that won the ACC Championship in 3:36.33 and at the Georgia Tech Invitational (3:38.20)… Ran the second leg of the 4×100 shuttle hurdle relay that placed second at both the Penn Relays (53.82) and the Florida Relays (54.02).
2010 Indoor: Season-best time of 8.42 seconds in the 60m hurdles came in the prelims of the ACC Championships, advancing to the final, where she placed eight in 8.49 seconds… Placed third, earning All-ACC honors in the 200m dash at the ACC Championships with a time of 23.82 seconds… Won the 200m dash at the Virginia Tech Last Chance Meet with a time of 24.04 seconds… In her only attempt in the 400m dash ran a time of 56.33 seconds at the Kentucky Invitational… Ran the third leg of the 4×400 relay that finished with a season-best time of 3:36.18 at the Tyson Invitational.
2009 Outdoor: Ran a season-best and regional qualifyingtime of 59.84 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles at the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/16)… In the preliminary round of the NCAA East Regional (5/29), finished with a time of 1:00.77 in the 400-meter hurdles… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:36.32 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/16)… A member of the 4×400 relay team that finished fourth at the ACC Championships (4/18)with a time of 3:39.92… In her only attempt in the 400-meter dash, finished with a time of 58.77 seconds at the Florida Relays (4/4)… A member of the 4×200 relay team that finished with a time of 1:36.52 at the Penn Relays (4/24).
2008 Outdoor: Won a Junior World Championship in the 400-meter hurdles with the world’s best junior time of 56.29 in 2008 in Bydgoszcz, Poland… Earned All-American honors with a third-place finish at the National Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.75… In seven of her attempts in the 400-meter hurdles, reached NCAA Regional Qualifying Standards… Collegiate-best time of 56.60 came in the finals of the NCAA Regional where she finished second… Reached NCAA Regional Qualifying Standards on two occasions in the 100-meter hurdles with her best time of 13.66 at the Florida Relays… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:34.21 at the Penn Relays.
2008 Indoor:Ran the 55-meter hurdles on one occasion with a time of 8.09 at the Tom Jones Memorial… Season-best and provisonal time of 8.43 came at the ACC Championships in the preliminary heat of the 60-meter hurdles… Ran a season-best time of 55.66 at the Tyson Invitational in the 400-meters… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a provisonal time on three occasions, with a season-best time of 3:36.19 at the Alex Wilson Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named Parade High School All-American her senior year… Ranked No. 2 in U.S. in the indoor 500m with a time of 1:12.61… Named first team all-Metropolitan in both indoor and outdoor her senior year… Holds state record in 300H (41.97) and anchored 4X400 team that holds state record (3:44)… All-Gazette freshman… State record in the 200m (23.95)… Ran nation’s fifth fastest time in the 400m (53.92), fourth in 300m hurdles (41.79), fastest national time in the 400m hurdles (57.93)… Member of nation’s fastest 4X400 (3:39.44) and 4X800 (8:51.19) relay teams… Represented the USA at the Caribbean Scholastic Invitational.
