2010 Outdoor: The Hurricanes’ top performer in the 400m, ran a season-best time of 48.51 seconds at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/10)… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:12.10 at the Florida Relays (4/3) and placed eighth at the ACC Championships (4/17).
2010 Indoor: Season-best effort in the 400m dash came at the Tyson Invitational (2/12) at 49.75 seconds… Competed in the 600m dash at Illinois (1/23), placing third in 1:22.96… Ran the second leg of the fifth place 4×400 relay team at the ACC Championships (2/27), which ran a season-best time of 3:13.25.
2009 Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 48.84 seconds in the 400m dash at the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/16)… A member of the 4×400 relay that ran a season-best time of 3:12.13 at the ACC Championships (4/18) for a sixth-place finish… A member of the 4×400 relay that placed second at the Miami Elite Invitational (4/11) with a time of 3:12.72… A member of the sprint medley relay team that finished with a time of 3:27.68 at the Penn Relays (3/24).
2009 Indoor: Ran a 50.17 in his only attempt in the 400m dash at the Tom Jones Invitational (1/24)… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a 3:23.06 at the Tom Jones Invitational (1/24).
2008 Outdoor: Ran a 1:55.48 in the preliminary heat of the 800m runat the ACC Outdoor Championships… Ran a leg of the 4×400 relay that placed sevneth at the conference championships.
High School: Named all-state as part of 4X400 relay team his senior year… Member of state champion track and field team, Parachol A Division… Named all-county both junior and senior seasons.
