Fourth-Year Junior (2022-23): Named 2023 ACC Men’s Diver of the Year ….Swept all three diving events at 2023 ACC Swimming & Diving Championships, becoming first diver to do so since 2014…Successfully defended title on 3-meter…Win on platform marked seventh consecutive year Miami diver finished atop the podium in event…Named Most Valuable Diver at ACC Championships…Secured second-team NCAA All-America honors in both 1-meter and platform dive by finishing in top 10 nationally in both events at NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships…Competed in 3-meter at NCAA Championships…Qualified for NCAA Championships with strong showing at Zone B regional qualifying meet.

Third-Year Sophomore (2021-22): Took home NCAA All-America honors on platform at 2022 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships in Atlanta…Finished fifth nationally on platform, scoring 398.00…Competed in 1-meter and 3-meter springboard at NCAA Championships…Captured first ACC gold medal of career in 3-meter springboard, moving career conference medal count to five…Won 1-meter springboard as well as 3-meter, with an average of 61.95 points on his 1-meter dives and an average of 64.08 on his 3-meter dives, in trip to Atlanta for regular season meet.

Sophomore (2020-21): Enjoyed another strong season for Hurricanes, capturing ACC silver medal in platform and earning trip to NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships…Finished behind teammate Zach Cooper (gold) and ahead of Brodie Scapens (bronze) as part of Miami’s podium-sweeping group in platform at ACCs (416.05)…Medal in platform was second for Flory, who also earned silver in 3-meter (421.30)…Qualified for NCAA Championships with score of 763.65 on platform at Zone B qualifying meet in Greensboro, finishing third…Also earned chance to represent Hurricanes in 3-meter (744.05) at Zone meet by taking sixth…Finished 19th on platform and 22nd on 3-meter in preliminaries at NCAA Championships.

True Freshman (2019-20): Won first collegiate medal at 2020 ACC Swimming & Diving Championships in Greensboro, N.C., finishing third in 3-meter (387.25)…Added second medal after finishing third in platform (429.15) as member of Miami trio that swept podium for first time at ACC Championships since 2000…Finished second in 3-meter (781.00) and fifth in 1-meter at Zone B qualifying (643.40)…Ended third in platform (770.90) at Zone B to punch ticket to NCAA Championships, which were eventually cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School/Prep: Top finisher at 2018 USA Junior World Championships Trials on platform…Two-time Junior Pan American Championships team member…Finished in fourth on platform at 2019 Junior National Championships…Swept all three events (1-meter, 3-meter, platform) at 2016 AT&T National Diving Junior Championships…Made senior national debut for Team USA in 2016.
