JUNIOR (2001-02) 

Played in 31 games averaging 2.9 points and 2.0 rebounds in 8.5 minutes per game…Miami’s leading scorer off the bench…ranked second on the team in the field goal percentage (.561)…averaged 13.6 points and 9.3 rebounds per 40 minutes…in the regular season Berumen played 16 minutes in the season-opener vs. Eastern Michigan (Nov. 18, 2001) and recorded three points, four rebounds and two blocks…recorded six points and a season-high six rebounds vs. Florida Atlantic (Nove. 26, 2001)…recorded a career-high 10 points to go with three rebounds and two assists vs. Florida International (Dec. 3, 2001)…was 5-7 from the field…recorded eight points and three rebounds in 11 minutes off the bench vs. No. 21 Indiana (Dec. 15, 2001)…was 3-5 from the field and 2-3 from the line…registered seven points and three rebounds in 16 minutes of work vs. Charlotte (Dec. 22, 2001)…was 3-6 from the field and recorded one block and one steal…played 10 minutes vs. St. Francis-PA (dec. 30, 2001) and recrded four  points, two assists and one steal in seven minutes vs. Georgetown (Jan. 2, 2002)…recorded two rebounds, one assist and a career-high four steals vs. Conneticut (Feb. 2, 2002)…played 16 minutes vs. Notre Dame (Feb. 23, 2002) and reorded six points (3-3 FG), one rebound, one assist, two blocks and one steal…in the BIG EAST TOURNAMENT Berumen played both games averaging 6.0 points and 3..5 rebounds…was 5-8 from the field and 2-2 from the line…played a season-high 17 minutes against Georgetown (March 7, 2002) recording 10 points and four rebounds…4-6 from the field and 2-2 form the line…played five minutes vs. Pittsburgh (March 7, 2002) recording two points and three rebounds…in the NCAA Tournament Berumen recorded one point and one rebound in one minute of work vs. Missouri (March 14, 2002).

AT LOS ANGELES CITY COLLEGE (2000-01)

Led team 32-4 record averaging 18 points, nine rebounds and three asists per game…first All-Confernce selection…stepped up his game in conference games averaging 26 points and 10 rebounds per contest as team finished a perfect 8-0 conference mark.

AT NEW MEXICO (1999-00)

Played in 16 games as a freshmen averaging 0.5 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.

HIGH SCHOOL 

Went to Semi Valley…rated as the nation’s No. 5 prep forward by Athlon prior to his senior season…averaged 24.2 points, 11.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game as a senior earning first-All-State honors by Cal-Hi Sports Magazine…shot 62.8 percent from the field and 72.5 percent from the line…led team to 28-8 record as a senior and a trip to the semifinals of the state tournament…finished third on the school’s all-time scoring list with 1,960 points and second onits career rebounding list (941)
