Mark Thistlethwaite Season 1956-57

Sophomore guard, 6-0 ft., 170 lb., major in Education…originally from Sheridan, Indiana. Had an excellent freshman season and is sound in the fundamentals of the game. Mark has a good two-hand set shot from the outside and excels with a one-hand jump shot off the foul circle. His freshman year he played in 17 games in which he made 88 field goals and 28 free throws for 204 points, an average of 12 points per game. Larry Hobbs was his high school coach.
