2019 Outdoor: Won the men’s high jump at the Hurricane Invitational when he tied his PR at 2.08m, which ranks as the fifth-best mark in program history.
2019 Indoor: Competed in his first indoor event of the season, recording a mark of 2.00m in the high jump at the Tiger Paw Invite… Tied Miami’s second-best mark in program history with a mark of 2.09m at the ACC Indoor Championships in the high jump.
2018 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the men’s high jump with a mark of 2.00m at the Hurricane Invitational… Placed fourth at the Power 5 Trailblazer Challenge with a personal-best mark of 2.06m, tying the fifth all-time best mark in school history… Finished second in the high jump with a mark of 2.01m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational… Finished third at the National Relay Championship in the men’s invitational high jump with a collegiate-best mark of 2.08m that tied for fourth all-time in UM history.

2017 Indoor: Made his Hurricane debut with an 11th-place finish in the men’s high jump (2.03m) at the Meyo Invitational… Finished sixth in the men’s high jump with a collegiate-best mark of 2.05m at the Tiger paw Invitational… Competed in the high jump at the ACC Championships…
Schultheis is relatively new to high jump, picking up the event as a junior in high school, but he closed out his high school career as one of the best male high jumpers in Florida history. The Titusville, Fla., native is a two-time state champion in the high jump, clearing a personal-best height of seven feet-two inches that is a school record at Astronaut High School. Additionally, he was the 2016 AAU Club National Champion in the high jump. An outstanding athlete, Schultheis was also an all-state and All-Space Coast punter for Astronaut’s football team.
