HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the high jump, triple jump and the 800m at Bay Shore High School…team captain senior year…All-Conference in the high jump junior and senior year…team was the county champions for nine straight seasons…named to the All-East team in the high jump junior year…also played basketball all four years…was named team captain and team MVP of the basketball team senior year…was the senior class secretary and co-President of the National Honor Society…also a member of the National Service Honor Society…coached by Steve Borbet.

PERSONAL: Intends to major in broadcast journalism…would like to work as a sports broadcaster on ESPN…favorite sports team is the New York Yankees…enjoys singing and dancing in her spare time.
