Michelle Frania

Michelle Frania is in her third year with the University of Miami Athletics Department, hired in May 2008 to serve as an accountant for business operations.

Serving in the business office within athletics, Frania is responsible for personnel and payroll for all volunteer, student and hourly-paid employees. That is in addition to her accounting duties, as well as handling all athletic department members’ cell phones and taxable benefits. Frania also provides administrative assistant duties for the Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations, Dawn Reynolds.

A native of Fort Myers, Fla., Frania is a 2006 graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to arriving to the athletic department for UM, she worked for two years (2006-08) with the University of Miami Medical Wellness Center.
