2014 Outdoor:  Won the women’s hammer with a personal-best mark of 59.22m at the Hurricane Invitational … Throw ranks second in school history behind Miami record holder Kimberli Barrett (62.20m) … Placed second in the hammer throw with a mark of 59.41 that ranks second in school history … Finished third overall in the hammer throw with a personal-best throw of 60.44m at Florida Relays … Placed second in the women’s hammer throw with a personal best mark of 61.20m at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational …  Won the hammer with a personal best throw of 61.37m at the ACC championships … That ranks second in school history … She is the second Hurricane to win the ACC women’s hammer title … Placed second in the hammer throw with a mark of 60.22m at the LSU Invitational … Finished sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 55.67m at the Georgia Tech Invitational … Finished 12th in the women’s hammer throw with a mark of 59.85m at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round … Finished eighth in Flight 1 and 16th overall in the women’s hammer throw at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 59.90m.

2013 Outdoor: Posted five top-three finishes on season, including second-place finish in women’s hammer throw at Miami Invitational with distance of 52.82m…Threw personal-best 56.54m in women’s hammer throw at NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round… Recorded personal-best 28.30m in women’s javelin throw at Miami Invitational. Lea Johnson ranks third in Miami history in women’s hammer (184′ 4″).

2013 Indoor: Threw personal-best 18.85m in women’s weight throw at ACC Championships… Placed second and third in women’s weight throw at New Mexico Collegiate Classic and Virginia Tech Elite, respectively, with throws of 18.75m.

2012 Outdoor: Threw season-best 40.02m in the hammer at the Hurricane Invitational
