2008: Ran a season-best 23.14 in the 200-meters at the Hurricane Challenge, which at the time was the best time in the NCAA… Reached the NCAA Regional Qualifying time on three occasions in the 200-meters… Finished fifth in the 200-meters at the ACC Outdoor Championships… Ran a career-best 52.90, winning the ACC Championship in the 400-meters… Was a member of the 4×100-meter relay that ran a season-best time of 44.57 at the Hurricane Challenge, as well as the ACC Champion team that ran a 44.80 in Atlanta… During the Indoor Season, won an NCAA National Championship in the 400-meters with a time of 52.16… In the preliminary heat at the NCAA Championships ran her career-high in the 400-meters at 51.95… Named the ACC Indoor Track Performer of the Year… Won an ACC Championship in the 400-meters with a time of 53.84… Won the 400-meters at both the Virginia Tech Elite (53.34)… Won the ACC Championship in the 200-meters with a career-best time of 23.65… Was a member of the 4×400 relay that finished ninth at the NCAA Championships with a season-best time of 3:36.57.

2006: Earned All-America honors as a member of the 4×100-meter relay and 4×400-meter relay during the NCAA Outdoor Championships, and as a member of the 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships… Ran opening leg of the 4×400-meter relay that finished second at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, and the second leg of the 4×100-meter relay that finished seventh… Ran the first leg of the NCAA East Regional Champion 4×400-meter relay… Finished ninth in the 200-meters (23.85) and 23rd in the 100-meters (11.98) at the NCAA East Regional… Earned All-America honors during the indoor season as a member of the 4×400-meter relay that placed fourth with a school-record time of 3:30.91 at the NCAA Indoor Championships… Member of the 4×400-meter relay that won the ACC Indoor title… Placed seventh in the 400-meters (55.60) at the ACC Indoor Championships and seventh in the 200-meters (24.35) at the ACC Outdoor Championships… Ran the opening leg of the 4×400-meter relay that won Penn Relays with a school-record time of 3:27.85… Recorded season best outdoor times of 11.70 in the 100-meters and 23.85 in the 200-meters.

High School: 2005 Pennsylvania State Champion in the 200-meters (24.02) while placing third in the 100-meters (11.89)… Had the fastest times in the state in the 100-meters (11.66), 200-meters (23.62) and 400-meters (53.23) her senior season… Her time in the 400-meters ranked seventh in the nation in 2005 while her time in the 200-meters ranked 10th… Also captured the 2003 PIAA State AAA Championship in the 200-meters (23.97)… Runner-up in the 200-meters (24.21) and 400-meters (54.63) at the 2005 Indoor State Championships… First-team All-State as a senior in the 100-meters, 200-meters and 400-meters… Earned high school All-America honors as a senior… Pennsylvania state record-holder in the 200-meters…
