AS A JUNIOR (2007): Finished first in the shot put at Miami Elite Invitational (52-00.00) and the Georgia Tech Invitational (54-00.00)… placed first in the discuss throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships (174-06) and the Florida Relays (168-08.75)…in the Hammer throw placed first (171-07) at the Hurricane Invitational and second (179-02) at the Springtime Invitational…placed second in indoor shot put at the Florida Intercollegiate (49-01.50) and Clemson (48-02.75).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2006): Broke the school-record in the discus with a throw of 54.94 meters at the Pepsi Invitational (4/1/06)…earned All-ACC honors in the discus with a thrid place finish (53.10m) at the ACC Outdoor Championships…also scored in the hammer finishing sixth (52.07m)…placed third in the shot put (15.40m) at the ACC Indoor Championships to garner All-ACC honors.

AS A FRESHMAN (2005): Placed sixth in the shot put (13.90m) and seventh in the weight throw (18.03m) at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships…finished sixth in the shot put (14.29m), 10th in the discus (44.84m) and 10th in the hammer (49.28m) at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…set a school-record in the discus with a toss of 48.44 meters at the Miami Gatorade Invitational (4/16/05)…finished 20th at the NCAA East Regional in the discus (41.45m).

HIGH SCHOOL: Named the female Georgia thrower of the year and the Bi-City Athlete of the Year senior year…named to the first team All-Bi-City track team senior and junior years…Georgia 4A State Champion in the shot put (41’11) and discus (140’02) as a sophomore…also a member of the basketball team…member of the Beta club and the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Biology major…wants to go to medical school and become a pediatrician…enjoys playing basketball in her spare time.
