2011 Indoor: Had a personal-best mark of 5.98m (19-07.50) in the long jump at the Clemson Invitational.

High School: Won three letters in track and football at St. Ignatius College Prep… A two-time all-conference performer in track, also named all-conference in football his senior season. Named an Illinois State Scholar-Athlete.

Personal: Son of Lisa and Jerry Sheehy and the middle of two siblings… Is a Biomedical Engineering major.
