2024 Outdoor: Registered a new personal best in the hammer throw for her 2024 outdoor season opener with 60.66m at the Hurricane Invitational, good for second place… earned another second-place finish one week later at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational with 60.49m…placed second in the shot put with 15.64m at the East Coast Relays…at the 2024 ACC Outdoor Championships, Hill contributed 13 points towards the Hurricanes team total after 16.15m in the shot put for fifth-place, 58.16m in the hammer throw for sixth, and a personal best 48.33m in the javelin to earn the bronze medal…
2024 Indoor: Started her junior campaign in the women’s weight throw at the Rod McCravy Memorial, earning third place with 19.73m on her final throw…won the gold in the shot put with 16.33m at the Corky Classic – also placed second in the weight throw with 19.26m…earned double silver two weeks later at the KSU DeLoss Dodds Invite in the shot pit with 15.87m and 19.51m in the weight throw…ACC Indoor Track and Field Bronze Medalist in the shot put with 16.20m, scoring six points for the Hurricanes…also contributed two points towards the Miami team total after a 19.23m weight throw, good for seventh.
2023 Outdoor: Earned a new personal best of 58.05m in the hammer throw at the Hurricane Invitational (3/17), good for third place…placed fourth in both hammer throw with 56.93m and javelin with 40.23m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational (3/25)…placed second in the shot put at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/8) with 15.87m…earned silver in the javelin with 45.26m and 15.48m in the shot put at the UNF East Coast Relays (4/29)…scored once again for the Hurricanes at the outdoor ACC Track and Field Championships, placing fifth in the shot put with 16.62m…Hill’s mark of 16.62m at the outdoor conference championships marked a new personal best and places fourth in the program top-five.
2023 Indoor: Started her 2023 indoor season with a new personal best in the weight throw at the Louisville Cardinal Classic (1/14) with 18.63m, good for fourth place…placed fourth at the Texas Tech Red Raider (1/20) Invitational in the weight throw with 18.50m…placed sixth and scored for the Hurricanes at the 2022 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing sixth in the shot put 15.71m
2022 Outdoor: At the Miami Hurricane Invitational (3/18), Hill broke the school record in the women’s javelin, throwing a personal best of 47.01m and earning the first win of her collegiate career…placed fourth at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational (3/26) with 53.80m in the hammer throw…earned third in shot put at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/24) with a final mark of 15.88m…earned third in both the javelin with 42.92m and shot put with 15.15m at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational (4/30)…scored points for the 2022 conference champion Hurricanes at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, throwing 55.10m in the hammer throw and 45.35m in the shot put, placing seventh in both events.
2022 Indoor: Began her career as a Hurricane at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/14) throwing 13.77m in the shot put and 16.26m in the weight throw…notched her first top-three finish one week later at the Carolina Challenge (1/22), throwing 15.88m in the weight throw, good for second-place…placed 11th in the shot put throwing 14.66m at her first ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/24)
Personal: Erikka holds one of the team’s highest GPAs and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology.
