High School: The Dutch National Junior Champion in both the 100m and 100m hurdles, Runia has competed at the European Junior Championships in 2013 and the World Junior Championships in 2014. She was also the 2014 National Junior Indoor Champion in the 60m and finished second in the 60m hurdles at the 2014 National Junior Indoor Championships. Runia comes to Miami with personal bests of 11.68 in the 100m, 23.81 in the 200m and 13.63 in the 100m hurdles.
