2019 Outdoor: Began the outdoor season running 11.42 in the 100m dash at the Hurricane Invitational, finished seventh in the long jump with a mark of 6.88m and recorded a mark of 29.58m in the discus…. Finished fourth in the men’s 110m hurdles at the Power 5 Trailblazer Challenge with a time of 15.09 seconds and won the men’s javelin with a mark of 59.11m… FInished fourth in the men’s 100m dash decathlon with a time of 11.30, placed fourth in the men’s 400m dash decathlon with a time of 52.48, finished with a time of 14.83 to place second in the men’s 110m hurdles decathlon, tied for second in the men’s high jump decathlon with a mark of 1.83m, placed second with a mark of 6.99m in the men’s long jump decathlon, came in sixth with a mark of 11.73m in the men’s shot put decathlon, and finished second with a mark of 37.06m in the men’s discus throw decathlon at the Alumni Invitational.
2019 Indoor: Started the season with a time of 8.46 seconds in the men’s 60m hurdles at the UAB Blazer Invite… Finished fifth in the men’s shot put with a mark of 12.31m at the UAB Vulcan Invite… Competed in the men’s heptathlon at the Texas Tech Classic… Ran a 8.42 in the 60m hurdles and recorded a mark of 6.94m in the long jump at the Tiger Paw Invite… Earned the bronze medal in the men’s heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships, finishing with 5,020 points.
2018 Outdoor: Began the outdoor season with a personal-best in the men’s pole vault with a mark of 4.60m, a third-place finish at the Hurricane Invitational and a second-place finish in Heat 2 of the men’s 110m hurdles with a time of 14.70 seconds and won the men’s javelin with a throw of 59.79m that ranks second in UM history… Posted a 58.20m mark in the men’s college javelin at the Florida Relays… Recorded a personal-best mark of 1.91m in the high jump at the Hurricane Alumni Meet… Was fifth in the long jump with a personal-best mark of 7.26m at the Hurricanes Collegiate Invitational… Ran the 100m in 11.34 seconds, cleared a mark of 7.04m in the long jump and 11.92m in the shot put, cleared 1.83m in the high jump, was tied for first in the pole vault with a personal-best mark of 4.70m, won the javelin with a throw of 56.46m and ran the 400m in 51.07 seconds at the Bryan Clay Invitational where he placed third in the men’s decathlon… Finished sixth at the National Relay Championship in the men’s javelin with a collegiate-best throw of 60.41m that is second in UM history… Took home a silver medal in the men’s decathlon with a score of 7,271 points at the 2018 ACC Outdoor Championships.
2017 Outdoor: Finished third in the men’s pole vault with a personal best mark of 4.55m and competed in the men’s long jump and javelin at the Hurricane Invitational… Finished third in the men’s long jump with a mark of 6.95m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational… Finished 21st in the men’s college javelin throw with a mark of 58.68m at the Florida Relays… Wrapped up the first half of the men’s decathlon in third place with 3,635 points. Began his competition with a time of 11.31 seconds in the 100m and followed with a mark of 6.87m in the long jump. Posted a personal-best throw of 12.78m in the shot put and a mark of 1.82m in the high jump before closing the day with a time of 51.18 seconds in the 400m. Finished third in the men’s decathlon with 6,936 points. Opened the final day of competition with a time of 15.31 seconds in the 110m hurdles and followed with a throw of 37.15m in the discus. Cleared 4.20m in the pole vault and threw the javelin 55.61m before wrapping up the day with a time of 5:03.99 in the 1500m at the Hurricane Alumni invitational… Participated in the long jump at the Michael Johnson Invitational… Finished sixth in the discus with a season-best throw of 38.53m at the Tom Jones Invitational… Competed in decathlon at the ACC Championships…
2017 Indoor: Finished sixth in the men’s long jump with an indoor-best mark of 6.89m at the VT Invitational… Set a personal-best in the shot put with a mark of 12.30m and also competed in the 60m, long jump and high jump at the McCravy Memorial Invitational. Finished fifth in the men’s heptathlon with a score of 4,330 points. Won Heat 2 of the men’s heptathlon 60m hurdles with a time of 8.56 seconds and placed third in the heptathlon pole vault with a mark of 4.40m… Competed in the 60m HH, Long Jump, and the Shot Put at the Meyo Invitational… Competed in the 60m, high jump, and pole vault at the Tiger Paw Invitational… Scored a point for the men’s team, placing eighth in the men’s heptathlon with a personal-best 5,150 points that rank third in UM history. Opened the final day of heptathlon competition with a personal-best in the 60m hurdles, winning section 2 and finishing third overall with a time of 8.41 seconds. Posted a mark of 4.20m in the pole vault and closed the day with a time of 2:51.14 in the 1000m. Began opening day with a time of 7.22 seconds in the 60m and posted a long jump of 6.80m. Had a mark of 12.03m in the shot put and closed out the opening day of the heptathlon with a mark of 1.84m in the high jump at the ACC Championships…
2016 Indoor: Made Hurricane debut at the Armory Track Invitational, competing in the 60m hurdles and long jump … Placed fifth in the men’s long jump at the LSU High Performance Meet with a mark of 6.64m … Scored 5,020 points in the men’s heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships that ranks third in school history.
High School: Christodoulou is a talented decathlete from Cyprus. He was named best student athlete twice at his high school, A’ Lyceum Ethnarch Makarios C’. Christodoulou set a record in the decathlon with 6,867 points at the 2014 Junior Balkan Championships. He also scored 6,840 points in the decathlon at the Multistars Meeting in 2015.
