2017 Outdoor: Finished third in the men’s pole vault with a personal best mark of 4.55m and competed in the men’s long jump and javelin at the Hurricane Invitational… Finished third in the men’s long jump with a mark of 6.95m at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational… Finished 21st in the men’s college javelin throw with a mark of 58.68m at the Florida Relays… Wrapped up the first half of the men’s decathlon in third place with 3,635 points. Began his competition with a time of 11.31 seconds in the 100m and followed with a mark of 6.87m in the long jump. Posted a personal-best throw of 12.78m in the shot put and a mark of 1.82m in the high jump before closing the day with a time of 51.18 seconds in the 400m. Finished third in the men’s decathlon with 6,936 points. Opened the final day of competition with a time of 15.31 seconds in the 110m hurdles and followed with a throw of 37.15m in the discus. Cleared 4.20m in the pole vault and threw the javelin 55.61m before wrapping up the day with a time of 5:03.99 in the 1500m at the Hurricane Alumni invitational… Participated in the long jump at the Michael Johnson Invitational… Finished sixth in the discus with a season-best throw of 38.53m at the Tom Jones Invitational… Competed in decathlon at the ACC Championships…
2017 Indoor: Finished sixth in the men’s long jump with an indoor-best mark of 6.89m at the VT Invitational… Set a personal-best in the shot put with a mark of 12.30m and also competed in the 60m, long jump and high jump at the McCravy Memorial Invitational. Finished fifth in the men’s heptathlon with a score of 4,330 points. Won Heat 2 of the men’s heptathlon 60m hurdles with a time of 8.56 seconds and placed third in the heptathlon pole vault with a mark of 4.40m… Competed in the 60m HH, Long Jump, and the Shot Put at the Meyo Invitational… Competed in the 60m, high jump, and pole vault at the Tiger Paw Invitational… Scored a point for the men’s team, placing eighth in the men’s heptathlon with a personal-best 5,150 points that rank third in UM history. Opened the final day of heptathlon competition with a personal-best in the 60m hurdles, winning section 2 and finishing third overall with a time of 8.41 seconds. Posted a mark of 4.20m in the pole vault and closed the day with a time of 2:51.14 in the 1000m. Began opening day with a time of 7.22 seconds in the 60m and posted a long jump of 6.80m. Had a mark of 12.03m in the shot put and closed out the opening day of the heptathlon with a mark of 1.84m in the high jump at the ACC Championships…
2016 Indoor: Made Hurricane debut at the Armory Track Invitational, competing in the 60m hurdles and long jump … Placed fifth in the men’s long jump at the LSU High Performance Meet with a mark of 6.64m … Scored 5,020 points in the men’s heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships that ranks third in school history.
High School: Christodoulou is a talented decathlete from Cyprus. He was named best student athlete twice at his high school, A’ Lyceum Ethnarch Makarios C’. Christodoulou set a record in the decathlon with 6,867 points at the 2014 Junior Balkan Championships. He also scored 6,840 points in the decathlon at the Multistars Meeting in 2015.
