Ashleen Kaur Named 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholar

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami women’s golfer Ashleen Kaur has been named to the 2025-26 Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, the organization announced Monday afternoon.

Kaur, an incoming senior, majoring in Political Science, earned the honor in recognition of her excellence both in the classroom and on the golf course during the 2025-26 season.

During her junior campaign, Kaur earned two top 10 finishes, three top 20 finishes, and posted the second lowest 18-hole score in school history at -8 (64) in round three of the Red Sky Classic.

The WGCA All-American Scholar Team recognizes the nation’s top collegiate women’s golfers for their outstanding academic achievements while competing at the highest level of college golf. This year, 1,551 student-athletes from across all collegiate divisions were selected for the honor.

To be eligible for WGCA All-American Scholar recognition, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50, remain on their team’s roster through the conclusion of the season, and compete in at least 50 percent of their institution’s regularly scheduled competitive rounds.
