Miami Women's Golf Earns Four All-ACC Academic Honors
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Four University of Miami women’s golfers were named to the 2026 All-ACC Academic Team, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday.
Representing the Hurricanes are juniors Barbora Bujáková, Rebekah Gardner, and Ashleen Kaur, along with senior Stella Jelinek. The four Canes were recognized for their excellence both in the classroom and on the course throughout the 2025-26 academic year.
Bujáková, a Real Estate major, and Gardner, a Sport Administration major, each earned All-ACC Academic Team honors for the third consecutive season. Jelinek, a Psychology major, garnered the distinction following a successful season with the Hurricanes. Lastly Kaur, a Political Science major, received All-ACC Academic Team recognition for the first time during her initial year competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
The All-ACC Academic Team recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in both academics and athletics. To be eligible, nominees must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average for both the previous semester and their cumulative academic career, be enrolled at their institution for at least one academic year and compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s contests during the season.
