Miami Rowing Unveils 2024-25 Schedule
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami rowing program and Head Coach James Mulcahy have officially unveiled the schedule for the 2024-25 campaign.
“We are thrilled to announce a challenging slate for the 2024-25 season,” said Mulcahy. I believe this year’s schedule will consistently test us against premier competition, and I am looking forward to seeing us go up against high level opponents.”
Miami opened the fall portion of their schedule this past Saturday, as they competed against Nova Southeastern at the Head of the Indian Creek.
The Hurricanes will have a home scrimmage against UCF in Miami Beach on Saturday, Oct. 26, before closing out the fall season at the Head of the Black Warrior River, hosted by Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Saturday, Nov. 9.
Miami will commence the spring season in late March, as they will make the trip to Sarasota, Fla. to compete in the Sunshine State Invitational March 28-29.
The Canes will then return home to host the Miami International Regatta on Saturday, April 5.
Another trip to Sarasota awaits Miami following the home regatta, as they are slated to compete at the Big 10 Invitational April 18-19.
After the trip to Sarasota, the Canes are scheduled to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina to compete at the Lake Wheeler Invitational beginning April 25 and concluding the following day.
Miami will then close out the regular season in Orlando, as they are slated to face UCF on May 4.
The Canes will make the trip to Clemson, S.C. for the 2025 ACC Championships, with the event slated to take place May 16-17.
The 2025 NCAA Championships will be held in West Windsor, N.J. from May 30-June 1.
