Miami Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA Academic Honors

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami cross country team was recognized by the USTFCCCA for their achievements in the classroom during the Fall 2023 semester.

Political science major Daphnee Lavassas earned USTFCCCA all-academic team individual honors after earning a 3.738 cumulative GPA.

The Miami women’s cross-country team ended the 2023 fall semester with an average GPA of 3.36, while the men’s team finished with a 3.30 average GPA. Both women’s and men’s teams received USTFCCCA all-academic team honors.
