Canes Close Regular Season at Clemson Invitational
Coral Gables, Fla.– The University of Miami women’s golf team is set to close out regular season play at the Clemson Invitational.
Slated to take place this Friday through Sunday in Sunset, S.C., the tournament will be played at The Reserve at Lake Keowee Golf Course. Designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, the course is a par-72 that spans 7,112 yards.
Competition will consist of 54 holes over a three-day stretch. Shotgun tee times are scheduled for 9:00 a.m. ET on Friday and Saturday, action will then conclude on Sunday, with a shotgun start time of 8:30 a.m.
In Sunset, Miami will take on a competitive 18-team field with 13 top-50 teams and three top-20 teams that includes No. 6 Florida, No. 14 Florida State, and No. 17 LSU.
The weekend’s lineup includes Kristyna Frydlova, Franziska Sliper, Sara Byrne, Anna Backman, and Nataliya Guseva. In addition, Daniella Barrett will compete as an individual.
