Lukianova and Vach Named to ACC All-Academic Team

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Elizaveta Lukianova and Savannah Vach close out the 2020-21 season earning All-ACC Academic Team honors, as announced by the conference on Thursday.

Lukianova, the redshirt senior, boasts a 4.0 GPA while earning her Master’s degree in sports administration. She was one of Miami’s 2020 ACC Post-Graduate Scholarship recipient and is now a three-time All-ACC Academic Team honoree.

Lukianova capped her illustrious collegiate career, earning her first ever AVCA All-East Coast Region team award and was named to the All-ACC First team for the first time in her career. Lukianova led Miami with 303 kills in just 17 matches and finished with double-digit kills in all but two matches to lead to conference in kills per set (4.59).

Vach, who joined Lukianova on the AVCA All-East Coast Region Team, also finished on the All-ACC Second Team after her sophomore season. The stellar setter led Miami in assists for the second-straight season with 657 assists and ranks sixth in Miami history with 1,703 career assists.

This is the first time the sophomore has been named to the All-Academic team with her 3.6 GPA in accounting.
